Humiseal offers no-clean fluxes (you'd have to qualitfy them to your
application) that are designed to be coated over. Might be worth contacting
them... Beyond finding a compatable flux/coating combination, material
handling with finger cots or gloves may be in order to limit other
contaminants that would normally be cleaned off prior to coating.
