Re: IPC-2221 Section 6.3 Electrical Clearances
Safety engineer tells me that solder resist is not considered an insulator, do
you know if the term 'permanent polymer coating' means the same as a typical
solder resist? If so, could I use Category B4 for electrical clearances if my
board is coarted with solder resist?
