Subject: [TN] Hand Loading Rates...
Hi all!
I'm trying to come with a good "guestimate" of how many components per hour
an operator should be able to stuff in a board using a Contact CS400.
Contact
says their machine has a cycle rate of 1500 per hour (for 3" table moves). I
know it's going to be component and board dependant, how aggressive the
operator is, etc.. I do however think that 1500 components an hour is a
"little" outside realm of most humans.
I'm thinking maybe 5-8 seconds per component depending on what it is...does
that sound reasonable?
