but i would like to know what text is asking for Halogen free and Phosphor
free ?"

what I've understood is that european directive draft concern the PCB
manufacturing too. But the situation is still today blurred. In fact as you
say, it seems difficult to manufacture NiAu PCB without phosphor ...
