Hi Jim,
The position of the IPC may have been implied by the motto of IPC Works 1999:
"Get the Lead Out!"; even "Get the Lead Out?!" would have been better. The
IPC has an annual Congressional Day in Washington, D.C.; the past couple of
meetings dealt with equipment depeciation schedules--maybe the membership
should push to get the Pb-issue on next years agenda! [! not?!]
