Craig,
In addition to the Spicer Imagenation program that Phil mentioned, we also
use Hijaak Pro version 4.01. This software is quite reliable in converting
to and from a variety of formats.
I assume you're aware of the inherent risks in converting from a graphical
file such as a TIFF to a CAD-format/conversion file like DXF. You can
expect a certain amount of bizarre output, as well as a potentially huge
file size, even when compared to the already enormous TIFF. Good luck.

Does anyone know away to convert a .TIFF image file to a .DXF format. We
tried Adobe Streamline. It fails to output a .DXF that anything else can
read (ACAD, CAM350, Canvas 6 to name a few).
