Dear Technetters:
We are a laminate manufacturer and our customers are PCB manufacturers.
Some of our customers are applying for QS9000 which is a quality system for
auto industry. We are not required to be QS9000 certified, but what should
we do to help our customers to get QS9000 certification? Should we have
APQP, PPAP in place and do we have to use C=0 sampling plan? Some of our
customers already QS certified but they never ask to do these. So I'm quite
confused.
Any comments will be highly appreciated!

William
