TechNetters,
My problem starts with scratches on gold fingers, but during the
replating repair procedure some parts (BGAs & or QFPs) are damaged by the
voltage used during the process. Every possible way is being made to isolate
these parts and to prevent them from being damaged, however it is not
entirely effective. What other in-house repair process is there that I can
use that is not destructive to the components already mounted? I would
appreciate any help or information you can give me.

Thanks... Dale Marcum
