Steve,
Desired final thickness is a factor in calculation.
However, most bills of material, parts lists, etc. simply state conformal
coating, expendable material, process material, etc. unit measures as "AR" -
"As Required".

Forgive me if this question is sort of vauge but the answer is required so
we can complete a BOM requirement.

How much liquid silicone (conformal coating) (oz) is required to cover 1 sq
in on a PCB.
