Dear technetters,

Hi !
I am process engineer and am in the Multilayer department.

I am facing a problem - which is termed as "Isolation" (at BBT.)
I do not know what are the possible reasons and how I could prevent it.
If any one has ever has come across this problem please help me.
The rejections have risen dramaticaly in the last couple of months.


Has anybody got any clue about it?
