At one time Lockheed Martin was actively selling something called a
"Jet-Clean. This item was designed to hold about a gallon or so of IPA and
circulated the solvent using motors that used compressed air. I see these
advertised from time to  time in used equipment publications. I mean this
was pretty simple. One chamber for cleaning and another for drying.
