The PADS PowerPCB format is proprietary to PADS. They have a Viewer/Critical
Place and Rout Program for engineering users but I have never seen a second
party system for viewing PADS databases.

Can anyone tell me where I can find a viewer for the
PADS-POWERPCB-V3.0-MILS! DESIGN DATABASE ASCII FILE 2.0 format?  I tried
using Camvu 6.0 but it complains about an unrecognized format and won't
load.
