Hello all:
I have a query regarding copper plugs which are press fit into holes
in a board then plated over, to act as heat sinks for surface mount
components, conducting heat from one side of the board to the other.
Has anyone experience in using these? I need a source for the
copper plugs themselves, and ideas on how to insert them, other than one at
a time.
Thanks,
Tim Reeves
