Hi Rich,
I'm new to the group, but I do have a little input on this topic.
I've heard from several associates in the Quality field that Harrington
software is NOT user friendly. It is difficult to set up and is hard to
understand. You may want to research more. I currently do not use a
software package such as this, but you might get some ideas on the
availability of different packages from ASQ's Quality Progress Magazine. I
receive it each month and many software companies advertise in it. You
should be able to access the magazine on-line by going to http://www.asq.org
and following the links there. Many of the advertisers have free downloads
for trial, etc. Hope this helps.
