Hello Technetters,

We have difficulty in placing a trimmer capacitor chip using our Philips
CSM 84 VIII pick and place machine. This Trimmer capacitor is supplied by
Murata and its partno is TZBX4P300BA110T00 and value is 4.7~30 pf. While
trying to place the component, the nozzle picks up the component but due to
vacuum, it sucks the jelly film over this component and eventually the
nozzle gets blocked.

Does any one have similar experience ? And what could be the solution ?
Presently, we are putting a person to manually mount prior to reflow which
is not the best method.

Looking forward to your response....

Best Regards,

Ketan Bhatt.
