The picture seems to indicate that the volume of adhesive dispensed is
slightly excessive.  The x/y location of the dot also is suspect.  It appears
that the adhesive is offset toward the pad with the adhesive coverage.  If
the dot is not offset from body center, then I would investigate the down
force pressure used when placing the part.

Do you see this happen globally across the assembly?  Are you using various
dot configurations?  (1dot, 2 dots)?

We have some case study information regarding adhesives, curing rates, and
the related ionic contamination that can result fro offset dots, undercured
adhesive, and volumetric situations.  Contact me offline if you need to
