Steve,

Our company has been reworking BGAs for years now,
including micro BGAs.  We have had great success.
Based on your e-mail I am not exactly sure what type
of information you are looking for.  If there are
specific questions you are looking to have answered we
would be happy to answer them for you.  Call Bob
