Gary,
                        Search the TechNet archives for the word 'Varidot',
I discussed this recently here. It's a plastic stencil from Loctite that can
give varying heights. If Loctite no longer supports the stencil (heard
rumors), you can get the same effect using one of the Kapton type stencils
from K&J Marketing. Let me know if you need more info....
