Theorectically all of the "special" needs for space applications have
been included in the design. So you should not need to change
anything.
Only bad side is you have to get used to someone (many someones)
looking over your shoulder. You do your inspections and then several
others reinspect. There is also much more responsibility placed on
the assembler to ensure that the boards used are good - so that
extra testing is required - usually performed by an outside lab.
