Hi,

currently I am looking for a way to design landpatterns that allow wave
soldering of SMDs.

Can somebody recommend literature or other sources of information on
this topic, preferably online?

We haven't tried the standard IPC-SM 782 landpatterns yet.

Has somebody used these landpatterns for wave soldering and what were
the results?

Thanks,

                  Volkmar
