Good idea, Ed,
I will buy one asap. If you have something about killing GaAs PHEMTs, HBTs or other modern components, and how to make analysis afterwards, I would be glad for a page or two. VIQ to Rome or GEC people: I bought (many, many years ago) your very professionel and heavy and thick book "Microelectronics Failure Analysis Techniques" by Ed Doyle/Griffis Air Force Base and Bill Morris/GEC Lab Syracuse. Do you know if this excellent book is updated? Blue plastic covers, 4inches thick, 10 lbs heavy. Can someone morse this message to either of these?
