I am looking for an industry document, like Jedec, that documents the steps
to take for an off spec or a waiver. The Jedec 671A is similar to what I
am looking for but not exactly correct. Does anybody know of a document,
Jedec or otherwise, that I could review and use with one of my suppliers?
Thanks.
