Hi Tim,

Agreed! 100% inspection on boards is not practical (certainly for any length
of time!) or of much value.  I was attempting to address the progression of:

(SAMPLE) inspection -->  Skip lot/reduced inspection -->  Dock to stock.

If the goal is to go to dock to stock, I dont see any value (and in fact some
increased risk) of the intermediate step.
