If I remember correctly, 3M manufacturers their velostat material. I know
that it is vacuum formable. Problem is finding somebody to vacuum form the
material. 3M can do it, but the tooling costs are very expensive. Suggest
that you try to use a common ESD tote, and use ESD packaging material (like
"pink poly") to cushion the material.
