What temperatures did you have in mind? The humidity associated with the
temperature would probably be a major factor rather than the temperature
itself. The standard you should consult is ANSI/ESD S 20.20-1999. If the
temperature gets high enough you won't have to worry about ESD.

I was curious about the effect on ESD discharge at elevated

What are the requirements for elevated temperatures, if they are
