My IT dept didn't get it either. It was me that alerted them to the .SHS
extension, otherwise they were unaware
of the implications of it.

I received 2 messages with this virus in on last Tuesday morning, and on
Tuesday afternoon the whole companies
email server had gone belly up! We're not sure if it was a virus or not,
but it sure put the wind up me (thinking I'll get the blame).
I didn't open the mail, just permanently deleted it.

The complete server (hardware & software) have now been
replaced/upgraded & its back, but it sure makes you
think twice about receiving all this mail from people that you don't
know.....

Matthew Lamkin.
In the UK & glad to have my mail server back
so that I can get back on with the important things in life
(reading TechNet!).
