Hi Richard!!
I have the VCD without the sequencer, I believe the 6241 is with the
sequencer attached (we have a stand-alone sequencer).
Our VCD is pretty old but reconditioned. The spec's I quoted are at their web
page at:
http://www.uic.com/pp/throughhole.nsf/pages/pp_throughhole_04.html
Be carefull, the PDF file is 2-MB and 100-pages long! It talks about axial,
dip, and radial insertion guidelines...
Maybe the .014" over is for the newer generation machines, or since the PDF
file I read is talking in terms of design, they specify the larger diameter
hoping that someone follows them to make things easier for the machines :)
