hey Bill...
i've managed to get my size 12's into my pie hole a few time too, eh?
with regard to the solder mask clearance for score lines,  yeah..its a little messy
but, the real issue is that most LPI's are acrylic and tend chip a bit when machined.
while we are at it, not everyone is removing copper from the score lines either.  this
wears blades big.  you'll let me know when this becomes ranting, right?
