Hi Song,

Here we use the term burn-in for a series of tests done in an
environmental chamber.  Boards alone are rarely submitted to
these kinds of tests because you usually test a whole unit
during its normal operations.  The environmental chamber is
used to simulate various conditions of temperature and humidity.
