You are asking a lot from a printed wiring board system but it can be done.
I would need to know more of the particulars of what you are trying to
accomplish.  If you would like, give me a call at 713-829 3539 or post your
particular application requirements and I may be able to help. Some of the
issues might be, dielectric requirements, plating requirements, solder
systems, cleaning and flux issues, component requirements,  assembly
techniques and reliability requirements.
