Any Grumman, Rome, TQT, Sandia or similar guy there, typical grayish, with 883 pin in the tie and paper dust in the lungs, hello, can you tell me what's the diff between 2010 and 2032 except that the later has more pages? Next question: do you nowadays sleep with MIL under your pillow and use other standard in daylight? E.g. ATL QCIM. In discussions with the wafer fabs it's oftenly a squirreling about what's in the paragraphs, hope I'm not alone with that opinion. Special question about 2032.3.1.6c miscoloured thinfilm resistors on semis, what tool do you use for inspecting when 80X LM is insufficient? Special LM with Nomarsky or like? Eyes may play a joke on you, and if you have a suspicious nature, you will find all kind of nightmare creatures. Normally, thinfilm resistors are not a problem, not either with microscopic discolourations, but at 70GHz and a lots of watts, then you have a different reliability situation. No answers? Come on, you with 20 years of wafer insp!
ection experience, have a show in excellency!
Best wishes
