Jack,
Thanks I'm hoping that japan did just that,  now that I hear it was already approved by them. I don't know that I'll get data / or information  to go on. 
Well , time will tell how it goes. I have been here 1 ½ years now and each day becomes a surprise to me. 
But I do so love the challenge.

Actually folks they are not talking about the termination which is
typically tin or tin/lead over nickel but nickel electrodes. There are a
number of process and material issues involved so get the qual data and
acceleration factors and do a good engineering evaluation.
