Hi Ken,

I didn't go through all the replies to your message here but
it seems that our plant has the same policy.  Everyone is required
to wear fully buttoned ESD coat in the electronic assemblies area,
visitors included.  We may allow the top button to be detached but
the is mainly to keep some individual from complaining.
