You should check-out the web-site - www.krempel.com. This is a German
company and has FR-4 material that can be used for bend application.
Typically, you can get FR-4 as thin as 0.0016", but you need to use
traditional coverlay as a coating for it to be able to bend without
cracking. I am not sure of the bend radius, but folks at Krempel may be able
to help.
