Ralph,

Is there a possibility that you can brush plate the contacts with your nickel plate then
hard gold plate.  Same chemicals as you have in your gold finger tab line.  I am sure you
have some touch up process out on the line to rework your gold fingers.

I know I have brush plated gold for some pretty small "fuz-button" RF applications.
