if you are talking pressure, there might have been a typo by putting in the forward slash (/) and 'pcs' probably means 'per centimeter squared'.

Subject: [TN] kgf/pcs unit?
Hi
I find a specification where the unit of load is kgf/pcs. I know that kgf is
9,807 Newton but what is pcs? Please, tell me what it means in metrics.
