Hi Ken!

I haven't any direct experience with Zephertronics low melt alloy, but have
played around with another low melt rework alloy. Usually, they're some sort
of Bismuth alloy. Kinda' neat really, you can remove a QFP by bridging all
the leads together with this alloy, this reduces the solder connections
melting point so low that you can pick the QFP up off the board with your
fingers and place it in your hand and not be burned. Problem with this stuff
though, is that before you put a replacement part back on, you'll need to
remove all traces of the rework alloy from the pads. Otherwise you could have
the solder joints going liquidous at normal operating temperatures.
