thanks. In the meantime I have received the 5th draft of the WEEE in which
article 4 points to the new date 2008.
I you need the 5th draft let me know and I will send it to you

In a recent posting to this forum, Rolf Schneider asked for the reference to
the new 1 January 2008 deadline in Draft 4 of WEEE. He then quoted not from
the page I had mentioned in my posting (page 45), but from a "Contents of
the Proposal" summary, which appears on pp. 34-38. Unfortunately, the
summary doesn't mention the deadline. The proposal begins on page 39.
