Hi All,

Just finished a number of boards using the .8mm bga.
We use the 20/10 via with no problem.

I would like to take an informal survey.

How many of you are using .8mm BGA's or smaller for
large, non-disposable boards?

How are you handling multiple powers using microvias,
with via in pad?

If you currently aren't using .8mm BGA's for large,
non-disposable boards, when in the future do you
believe you will start using them?
