The NOTE of  Paragraph 4.2 of J-STD-001B states that previously qualified
stuff can be used without additional qualification.  I think this still
holds true for rev C.

        What are the material impacts of moving to J-STD-001 from the
Mil-Std-2000?
        Specifically, solder and flux, would procurement of new materials
certified to J-STD-00X be required or can QQ--S-571/Mil-F-14256 materials be
