Hi to all,

1) I would like to get the most accurate design rules regarding
   the usage of flat jumper cables in a situation whereas direct
   soldering onto a PCB is required.
2) I wonder if there are ways to strip flat cables with manual
   tools and still maintain the quality of the assembly.
