I just did a 4oz, 4 layer power module at Advanced Circuits (www.4pcb.com)
and had no problems.  Minimum required spacing was 12 mils.  Silkscreen
tended to pool in the low spots between traces, but that was only really
visible on solid silkscreened areas.

Design Engineering is requesting we go to 4 oz Cu for a new power module
design, 4 layer PWB.

Any gotcha's with 4 oz Cu we need to be aware of and is this a fairly
standard job for
PWB houses??

Any comments, info or recommended PWB suppliers appreciated.
