Greetings all,
Anybody have any experience running ENTEK boards (Finest pitch is 20-mil
QFP) with no-clean process before?
ENTEK & clean process I've heard of, but this (no-clean process) sounds
dangerous.
I would really appreciate input of any kind...be it machine setups /process
parameters / reflow profiles that I have to be careful about.
