Hello,

I am using a TO-247 packaged device which has the mounting tab fully
encapsulated in plastic.
Could anyone shed some light on the dielectric properties (esp voltage) of
the plastic used for this?

This is a safety compliance issue for one of our designs.
Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Phil.
