Hi Steve,

As PWB manufacturer point of view, we had to fill some Qualification
Profiles
from our customers. Each customers have some private experiences then they
will indicate in their Qualification Profiles, you should prepare your own
one
and send to your customer before visit.

You can refer Pre-Survey document MIL15-008603 (year 1994), but sorry
I don't know how to get one copy.
