If all your chemical parameters have been checked and are within the limits
recommended by your supplier, start checking water quality. Nine times out
of ten, discoloration of the oxide coating is a result of poor water
quality. Check pH, cholrides and conductivity.

hi! good morning. i just want to ask what are the other possible causes of
discoloration we are encountering in our line. I already check the
concentration and base from analysis, it is within our standard. I also
check the temperature of the bath tank (chemicals) and it is ok.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
