<< Now, since I have more questions, back to business:
 - are OSP sensitive to hand touch? Will the skin oils degrade the coating,
or the boards can be handled like HASL ones?
 - as some qualified oppinion reached me, misprinting is bad. If it happens,
what to use for paste removal and how to do it? Looks like the IPA will
damage the OSP and IPA is what we are currently using.
 - what coating thickness should I specify to make sure the board will easily
take 2 reflows plus 2 selective soldering cycles?
 - where could I find in depth resources on OSP?

 Best to all,

Hi Ioan!

Go to: (this is a really long url, type it in exactly like below, there's no
spaces between the letters)

http://www.enthone-omi.com/electronics/proddetail.cfm?ID=30&filename=0032.html
&location=products&level=2&src=p

It's Enthone's site, they make Entek Plus CU-106A which is an OSP that can
withstand multiple reflow cycles. Also on that page there's a TON of
technical articles about OSP and assembly.
