Our wave solder machine has a baffle assembly made of Titanium. Every so
often some vanes or blades on the baffle break loose and have to be welded
back into place. Right now it's in pretty bad shape and I am going to get a
new one made. It would be much cheaper to have the new baffle made of
stainless steel rather than titanium. My question is : " Is there any reason
why we couldn't use a wave baffle made of stainless steel to replace the
original titanium baffle.
