Hi Ken!
Been reading all the responses to you and they give good advice. Had the same
problem here for a while...finally got the PCB's in panels, but the planning
department still build plans for the individual work orders in quantities
that may differ from the even panel quantities. We were getting kitted work
orders from the stockroom that had individual boards broken out of the
panels! YIKES!
S-L-O-W-L-Y but surely I think we're getting things squared away...
When it comes to "bean-counting", sometimes people all along in the chain
don't understand that trying to save a penny sometimes costs a dollar in the
process...all except for us guys in the "trenches"....
