TN,

My company has a customer that is developing a board with micro BGA's on
it.  This means that we will be looking at incorporating some micro BGA
technology into our SMT manufacturing process sometime in the next 3
months or so.  We currently produce boards with BGA's (1.27) on them and
are still learning the dos and don'ts on those.  Does anyone know of an
organization or resource that provides any type of training courses
which specifically address the manufacturing issues involved with micro
BGA technology?  Thanks in advance for any input you can provide.
